Managing Remote Servers
The Remote Servers page provides information about the Remote Server status.
To display the Remote Servers page, click Administration > Remote Servers in the Left Navigation Pane.
The page includes the following:
- Update Threshold Target. Specifies the minimum and maximum threshold at which the Remote Server should synchronize data with the Master Server. If the minimum threshold is met, Remote Server line is green. If the minimum threshold is not met, the Remote Server line is yellow. If the maximum threshold is not met, the Remote Server line is red.

Refresh. Refreshes the page to include any new Remote Servers.
- Enabled. If selected, allows Remote Server synchronization for the selected server. The Remote Server shows up initially as disabled, which gives you a chance to verify the Remote Server before allowing it to synchronize with the Master Server.
- Reset. Causes all Monitor information to be resent for the selected
Remote Server on the next scheduled connection.
Note: An option to do an immediate synchronization is available using the Reveille Admin console.

Delete. Deletes the selected Remote Server.
- Remote Server. Specifies the Remote Server name.
- Last Update. Specifies when the last connection with the Master Server was made.
- Status. Specifies the Remote Server status.
- Duration. Specifies the duration of the last synchronization with the Master Server.
- Maximum number of days to send an initial synchronization. Shows the maximum number of days before the first synchronization between an enabled Remote Server and the Master Server can take place. It also controls the number of response times and log records initially sent to the Master Server.
- Save. Clicked after the value in Maximum number of days to send an initial synchronization is changed.
